In this blog I’ll be writing about one of the most lovable categories in bodybuilding that is men’s physique category. This category came into play few years back, and made a prominent place for itself. Athletes participate in a huge number in it. It’s partly different from main bodybuilding, as it a slightly different format. It mainly focusses on the upper body of the athlete that is one the good development of arms, chest, shoulders, back and the abdominal region. Athletes have to wear a kind of sports shorts, length upto tha knees. Different from bodybuilding it includes posing in form of quarter turns, we can see this in the image above. So, this category is developing very fast and is making a great emphasis on athletes to participate in the felid of bodybuilding and fitness. β˜£πŸ–€

As in the previous blog i posted about bodybuilding, so this one is about it’s key or foundation. Supplementation is the key to success in bodybuilding. These are basically taken to enhance the process of bodybuilding. Several types of supplements are available in today’s market like whey protein, bcaa,fish oil, carnetine, multivitamin tables etc. With different types, the time of their consuming is also different that is before workout, between workout and after workout. So if taken in a good manner they’ll help us to grow but if over consumed they’ll also harm usπŸ’šβ€

Seems just a word, but having a great importance in sports feild. It is basically different from normal fitness. As stated as mother of all sports, it requires a lot of hardwork and time to become a proper athlete of it. It also have categories in it, like:- β€’ Men’s physique category , β€’ Men’s classic physique category and β€’ Men’s open category. Athletes do lot of work to get into that desired shape, and to win the shows and competitions organized for them. It requires great attention to workout as well as diet, proper mental concentration on each and every body part so that it can build up as desired. It takes a lot of time as well to get into a well developed physique with great muscle maturity. So it’s our choice that we want to get into this Professionalism or not.. as it’s not just a matter of getting fit, it’s a game of changing your body and mind into a completely new version ❀πŸ’ͺ
