As in the previous blog i posted about bodybuilding, so this one is about it’s key or foundation. Supplementation is the key to success in bodybuilding. These are basically taken to enhance the process of bodybuilding. Several types of supplements are available in today’s market like whey protein, bcaa,fish oil, carnetine, multivitamin tables etc. With different types, the time of their consuming is also different that is before workout, between workout and after workout. So if taken in a good manner they’ll help us to grow but if over consumed they’ll also harm usšŸ’šā¤
